Celebrate summer and the upcoming school year with Salt River Schools at our “Salt River Rising” event. We’ll honor graduates from the Accelerated Learning Academy and SRPMIC grads of all levels.

Plus, we’ll ring in the new school year with registration and resource tables from our sites and programs, as well as our Community partners.

Here's what's in store: 

• BBQ dinner for the first 300 people: Hotdogs, hamburgers, chips, fruit, and more!
• The new Miss Salt River Court will be in attendance and doing activities with the youth. Come say hi and take a photo!
• We’ve got 10 fabulously fun inflatables for all ages, including a foaming car wash, the “Double Big Kahuna” 22-foot slide, a massive water slide obstacle course, two slip-n-slides, a carnival-style swing ride, and more. Most of these are appropriate for adults, too!
• We've got a professional artist doing face painting!
•  Coming up from the Tohono O’odham Nation we’ve got The Lopez Band providing live music for us! 
• Raffle drawings for tons of prizes beginning at 6:30 p.m. Sign in at one of our tables for a ticket - you can earn an extra raffle ticket by getting your car seat checked by SRPMIC Injury & Prevention located in the north lot.
• Plus, tons of information and giveaways from our school and Community partners!

You can access the football field from the north parking lot along Chaparral Road or the south parking lot along Highland Avenue.
