School begins Monday, August 3, for students enrolled at the Early Childhood Education Center, Salt River Elementary School, and the Accelerated Learning Academy. School will be held remotely at this time.
We are proud to announce that every student at Salt River Schools will receive a laptop (or a tablet for younger students) to use while learning is done remotely. We are also working to ensure households in need of internet access receive it in order to use our technology, so please let your school/teacher know what your needs are, if any.
*** ALA students can drive-up to receive their laptops from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and again from 4–6 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 4, and Wednesday, Aug. 5, from the south side of the ALA campus by the repository. Students under 18 must have a parent/guardian present to sign out the technology. *** Due to unforeseen construction issues, Monday's distribution has been cancelled. Call the ALA with questions.
